Free as in ?
they have to subscribe to a channel or package or subscribe to a separate channel ie boxnation..nothing free about that shyt..
plus they have boxoffice which is ppv.

the germans watch boxing for free..

It's not on HBO or Showtime here

There's no Showtime here
We have HBO but it's pretty pricey compared to other channels cause all the freshest movies and some f the best TV shows are on it. In here it's strictly a movie/series channel and it doesn't deal with sports. We have it in our household but idk how many % of people in this country have it.

We have to subscribe to packages.
In our service provider there are bronze and gold packages, bronze contains the least amount of channels and gold contains the most, like 100+ I think.

HBO however is in a different, spacial package along with Cinemax, HBO Comedy, Cinemax 2 and HBO 2
That's why it's so pricey cause if I know it right one can only have it if s/he has a package and then HBO is an extra even after that

Boxing fights, even the HBO ones here are usually on sport channels, like Sport 1 or 2 which are in packages I think there's Sport 1 and 2 even in the bronz one.

They may not pay for it like PPV, but I think promoters can still sell it to the networks and get money from license fees, and they recoup from advertising space and not from the viewer directly.

I bet GGG-Canelo, moreso than Canelo-JCC could also pull in some UK PPV buys.

that's basically what happens, for example I know that My vs Pac was expensive af for Sport 1

They aren't trying with PPVs here not even in sports which are more popular here cause PPV is a lesser known model in Hungary, people not used to it, channels and providers doN't want that extra risk...

For a Boxing match that you have to travel too? Yes:ehh:

I already live in the snow....it's 18 degrees right now and ice everywhere. I don't wanna spend $500-$600 to travel where it's still possibly going to be snowing/ice/cold, and not even be able to go out on the town (because in NYC, it's rather difficult to drive amongst that many people under the slippery road conditions) either:yeshrug:

If it was guaranteed to be no snow on the ground and a decent weather weekend, then that would be much better. That's why I wanted Vegas:manny:

That would be a good opening fight. If Jamel Herring cant beat Mendez, who I seen Easter slump in person:banderas:, then he's nothing but journeyman status unfortunately:manny:

@patscorpio

Adrien Broner vs Adrian Granados
Jermell Charlo vs Charles Hatley
Gary Russell Jr vs Oscar Escandon

Opening up the brand new MGM National Harbor in Maryland:mjpls:

We got more to consider before laying down that bread on Thurman/Swift tickets. That's a pretty solid card of fights at a brand new venue:jbhmm:

At least the cold can substituted by the fact that I would stay AT the Casino and it's all brand new:patrice:

I don't know...Im still weighing all my options and watching the fights as they roll out:lupe:

I doN't think there will be snow there at that time, I mean it's a little warmer in NY than in here usually and we also only rarely have snow in March

Come to NY brehs :winning:

March weather won't kill you:porter:

Especially you @Newzz you from the Midwest, it's much colder out there :onetimeorly:

It's only a 3 degrees temperature change between NYC and Cleveland during March. NYC is 50 degrees on average, Cleveland is 47 degrees. It snows in Cleveland during March (and through the 1st half of April too), so that's why Im :whoa: on it.

Im still thinking about it though:obama:

:cape: literally jus ktfo Top Dogg....who Slept Rodriguez

Adonis scary of power tho....he's a KO waiting to happen :rudy:

Thomas Williams has a worse chin than him...it's always a matter of time before Top Dogg is put down. Struggleman knew that.

Stevenson not even a top 3 fighter at LHW with his shaky chin, low stamina, old age, inactivity, and 1 punch:birdman:

SOG, KKKovalev, and BeterBeast all take him out:demonic:
