They may not pay for it like PPV, but I think promoters can still sell it to the networks and get money from license fees, and they recoup from advertising space and not from the viewer directly.
I bet GGG-Canelo, moreso than Canelo-JCC could also pull in some UK PPV buys.

This is why I dont think that highly of Stevenson. As long as you have a decent chin and don't get bombed out by the first big punch, you literally have a shot to beat Stevenson.at Adonis Stevenson fighting somebody who can knock his head off whilst I still remember The Polish Pimp was giving him that work almost 3 years ago

His own chin and stamina are weak, he is aging, he has been inactive and when he fights it is against poor competition, and I feel like his power is mostly in his left hand, not his right, plus I think being a late comer to boxing his athleticism doesn't fully translate over to his footwork and he doesn't look real fluid.
Frankly I am ready for Stevenson to lose and won't be surprised if/when it happens against anybody.
no way ggg-canelo goes to UK ppv..unless it was part of a two leg show..a UK leg then to the US card.
