Im saying I expect Ward to disappear for a year or 2; all roads lead to Kovalev and he'll run away with this gift as long as he could
some of you have just no respect smh... :francis:

I'd bet that you were the type of people who also shytted on Ward before and claimed that he won't dare to fight Kovalev, will duck the fight, "Ward will pull out with a fake injury" "I'll only believe that he fights Kovalev when they both stand in the ring" and etc...

But he did and he won. 114-113, 114-113, 114-113.
31-0 (15)
IBF, WBO and WBA champion of the world
regardless of what you think about the score Ward fought himself back in the fight after that second round.

but you continue to belittle him cause you have no respect :yeshrug:

one of the best fight of all time....love roller coaster fights....the best ones really.:wow:

On December 2nd, 2000, IBF light middleweight champion Fernando Vargas, from Oxnard, California, met WBA light middleweight champion Felix Trinidad, from San Juan, Puerto, at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Vargas was undefeated at 20-0 and taking a big step up in class. Trinidad was also undefeated at 38-0 and a formidable challenge for the young Californian…

WBA gives 7 day deadline for GGG-Jacobs talks
gennady-golovkin-vs-kell-br.jpg

The marathon, seemingly never-ending negotiations between Gennady Golovkin and mandatory challenger Danny Jacobs has a finish line. Or so it seems.

The WBA informed both camps on Wednesday they have seven days to reach a deal, Tom Loeffler, who promotes Golovkin, confirmed to RingTV.com in a text message. It’s not clear if a purse bid will be ordered after the seven days have elapsed. Loeffler referred logistical questions such as those to the WBA, and WBA president Gilberto Mendoza didn’t immediately return an email for comment. The news of the seven-day deadline was first reported by Steve Kim.

The sides have been trying to come to a deal since Golovkin, who holds the WBA, WBC and IBF middleweight titles, stopped Kell Brook on Sept. 10 with the WBA pushing back a number of deadlines for a purse bid (and a 75-25 split in favor of Golovkin) to allow the sides to broker a deal. Now, it appears, the WBA is trying to set another cutoff date to force the sides to ramp up negotiations.

It’s been floated out that March 18 at Madison Square Garden on HBO is the target date, venue and network for the fight. However, that’s one of a number of options that could possibly take place. The fight could apparently still land on HBO pay-per-view, and if it did go to purse bid and Jacobs advisor Al Haymon wins the auction, he would gain control of the coordination of the bout.

If that happened, Haymon would almost certainly put it in Brooklyn’s Barclays Center or perhaps even Las Vegas at a later date. But Loeffler expressed confidence on Wednesday he would be able to work out a deal before the deadline and a purse bid would be averted. Jacobs advisor Keith Connolly declined comment on Wednesday, citing the sensitive nature of the current talks. And Loeffler begged off any more questions on the particulars of the discussions to let them play out.

Or maybe a funeral wake?

Exactly.

But I just get turnt up for absolutely no reason though:lolbron:

I do this every single night, just had 2 extra shots I shouldn't have last night. I should've just downed a triple shot and smoked 1 burner....instead I had to be greedy:heh:

This for you @JDee323 and @hyperman25.....cause the time is right for this gentleman beneath:mjgrin:

You one of the LAST one's to be running your mouth and talking about SOG and Kovalev:forreal:

Aint you the SAME dude who said:

Wont Mention GGG, kovalev or Stevenson, ducked Martinez at 164, wont fight BHOP, wont move up, wont take testing, wont fight outside of his home town..............

Keep falling for the smoke and mirrors show though........:pacspit:
Kovalev beats the ever loving shyt out of Ward.....Its a reason Ward ducked this match.....Ward does nothing better than Bhop at all aside form being a little quicker

Bhop couldnt people the trigger last night, even in warm ups he appeared dry and was trying to shake his arms loose, after he tasted the first right which caught him on the top of the head and threw his equilibrium off he lost his confidence......No jabs, no feints, no dancing/ wizardry with the footwork, Bhop looked his age tonight but Kovalev gets all the credit for making the old man look that way..........Bhop actually look like a MW in the ring tonight, too smalll for that size reach, length and power.................

I would like to see Kovalev fight Ward but he will duck as will Stevenson..........So that leaves no one really, so on that note maybe he should move up, I would love to see a match with a old Roy, Bhop was never a accurate puncher his shots are loopy and most of his work consist of rough housing, a fighter with blinding speed, power and accuracy maybe able to crack Kovalev chin which isn't granite, BHOP rarely hurts and buzz people and he did a few times in this match, I would love to see Kovalev sit in Roy's face with his chin in the air and don't expect a vicious straight left hook combo........

No hate though white boy got serious technical skills Bhop said the same thing I was saying while watching; I just wish he could have finished Bhop off or the ref jumped in, the old fighter will take standing tall to that as a moral victory, and later become bitter an defiant and want another go at him or more fights...........

:jbhmm:

In conclusion, you don't know what you're talking about.......and SOG did exactly what you said he wouldn't (moved up to 175, enrolled in VADA drug testing for this fight vs Kovalev, fought in Las Vegas) & beat who you said he couldn't (and took his belt and his 0):umad:
