What's your problem with Ortiz though...?
I mean he isn't even close stylistically to Rigo and Lara

(edit: nvm, I read it further, that's not about hi style though)

plus Gamboa is oe of the most exciting fighters of the last 10 years and he's Cuban

Gamboa is about to be 35 years old in 3 weeks and has fought only 1 time in the last 2 years...it's over for him. Cant be that old and inactive at the same time.

That Lara fight is going to have to give free tickets given away....Im sure that arena is going to be pretty empty due to the location of the fight and the fighter in the main event:manny:

Erislandy Lara and Guillermo Rigondeaux and Rances Barthelemy and Sullivan Barrera and Odlanier Solis and Richar Abril and Luis Ortiz and Yuriorkis Gamboa and............shall I continue?:heh:

These are our Cuban "stars" today and most are just flat out boring...while one is a steroid cheater and another has fought only once in over the last 2 years. Yall can have em, I wouldn't mind never seeing them on my TV until they decide to add some offense to the Cuban School Of Boxing:manny:

"I want the Triple-G fight," Korobov said. "Triple-G is a very good matchmaker. He fights guys smaller than him and with not equal skills. You can't replace amateur experience. I am the only one who can match him in this regard. I was 315 wins and 15 losses as an amateur, and 27-1 as a pro. Triple-G understands there's a big difference between fighting someone like me and fighting guys like David Lemieux or Dominic Wade. I can match his skill level.

"Besides, Gennady is not the same. He is slowing down and I see the mistakes he makes. I will exploit these flaws. Hopefully, I will get the chance if he doesn't fight Jacobs. They say no one wants to fight Triple-G, but this is just big propaganda. I am one of the few people rated in the WBC (#14), IBF (#15), and WBO (#9), and there are not too many opponents for Golovkin to choose from."

I wouldn't mind this fight:jbhmm:

that's a bullshyt

many fighters do/did

in fact all of these Cuban and Easter Euro guys should stop waste their expensive time with amateur boxing till their late 20s they should rather turn pro in their early 20s or something

How many Champions today have no amateur experience?

You need to have amateur experience breh...that's like standard practice:heh:

If you're talking about the 200-300 fights, then okay...I get that. But it's very rare for someone to become a Champion today with less than 50 amateur fights at minimum:manny:
