when you throw your right hand, the right way, your head naturally preforms a slipping motion in the same motion. so when you are trading a pair of right hands, and you are throwing your right hand, the right way, you slip the right hand coming at you through the space next to your right ear and over your right shoulder, not run into it.

Nice post, however I think he was hurt there. But he got over it and that's the point

Out of these we getting the Frampton LSC rematch. Won't lie I was skeptical of Frampton facing the bigger man in LSC but his boxing impressed me there.
But that Thurman Porter match had me on edge the whole time. Thurman landed bombs in there. I really hope like LSC frampton they rematch

It's still early...we have December cards left...Vargas-Salido is my front runner but Ward-Kovalev is a FOTY candidate

yeah, before LSC v Frampton I thought Frampton will get clipped with his t-rex reach and with LSC's high volume... I was like... "157 cm (5'5) reach? :heh: This guy is fukked..."

but he boxed extremely good and smart and he won on my scorecards :obama: he is arguably p4p top 10 now

Yep if that's Kovalevs right hand with all his weight behind it it'd be nap time for Ward.

Ward was in a really bad position to get hit right there, and that's what caused the knockdown. If Dre was hurt by any of the punches it would have been the jabs from the 2nd round, not really the KD punch

Which other fights are there? Been out of the loop for a while tho I know of the Loma Walters fight.

Yeah after that imo he made my p4p list. His countering was damn effective against the longer reach of leo. That division imo one of the best in boxing right now

Now that I've recovered from the craziness, here's some info:
- RNS had Adonis Stevenson lined up next after this.
- They already had a June date set from HBO, so that's presumably when the rematch would take place.
- They want the rematch at MSG, since Vegas was difficult.
- Unrelated, but Cotto is likely going to fight James Kirkland next.
