There's no doubt in my mind Roy beats SOG prime for prime. Probably similar to how he beat Hopkins more than likely. Too fast (hand & feet) & too awkward. I also believe RJ could hurt & possibly stop him. Even in SOG's best fights lesser fighters have touched him. Roy went rounds in his prime where he barely got touched. You don't give a prime RJ many chances to touch you because he could hurt you
It would be an excellent fight, and truthfully, a winner cant be proclaimed bc it's all hypothetical, but Captain Hook knows that even a prime version of himself would be in the toughest fight of his career if SOG was standing across the ring from him

He might've been down on the scorecards (You know RJ took him lightly) but he found a way to get him though bruh & that to me counts more than the BS DQ. And truthfully, I believe RJ's trouble with Griffin had more to do with having the great Eddie Futch in his corner. That man boxing knowledge was incredible. I could listen to him speak about boxing for hours. Rip

SOG hasn't ever been down on the scorecards leading into the 2nd half of the fight and even dominated Froch with only 1 hand because his right hand was broken
All in all, it's a tossup though, bc it's a matchup of 2 of the elite fighters of all-time. I wish it was a fight that could happen
