from unofficial weigh ins I don't think canelo was ever recorded higher than 174 on fight night, which is with clothes on. for me clothes add at least 5 lbs to my weight. so I don't think he's ever gained 20 lbs on fight night. that's only became the new thing to say now that golovkin came into the picture and HBO wants it to appear they're the same size.
