Manny at 3 seems high, but considering that he lost to Floyd...and Manny was #2 at the time...bumping him down a slot or two isn't unreasonable.

I think its a great chance of the fight happening because Bud is boxing's next big star and PPV guy. the only way to get him there is through Manny. Khan had his time and has shown he is a good fighter but only a regional star, not worldwide. Everyone is trying to fill the void Floyd is leaving, Canelo, GGG, etc....Bob will look to pass the torch here. Just think Oscar vs Floyd.
