Conte is saying thats not true it was "misreported" N VADA got him on a different date

In the boxingscene article it said Beltran got popped before he entered the VADA program for the Soto fight

Regardless who actually got Beltran How can something so simple be misreported

Bob Bennett, the executive director of the Nevada commission, told ESPN.com Monday that the positive test came back late last week. He said Beltran's positive result came from his postfight urine test.
