The return of Kirkland and Mikey G :blessed:
Tim 'pound 4 pound' Bradley beating the breaks off Khan :blessed:
Floyd/Manny Canelo/Cotto :takedat:
Light Heavy unification, too. A part of me wishes Kovalev/Pascal had the WBC on the line (if not for :cape:'s ducking ass), but that will all be resolved soon, I hope. And I want to see Ward fight SOMEBODY, please!

Haven't posted in months but I check this thread/section regularly and you guys do a great job with the discussions. Press release just dropped today on B-Hop celebrating his 50th birthday at a Golden Boy Live! card on January 20th in Philly.

"Golden Boy Promotions will celebrate Bernard Hopkins’ 50th birthday with a special edition of the Golden Boy Live! series at Philadelphia’s 2300 Arena.

Hopkins, who turns 50 on January 15, will be the guest of honor as fellow Philly native Eric Hunter (19-3, 10 KOs) faces Rene Alvarado in the main event. The co-feature pits Newark, New Jersey’s Michael Perez against an opponent to be determined. The opener will showcase unbeaten Washington, DC junior lightweight Lamont Roach (5-0, 2 KOs) against an opponent to be named later."

In other words, B-Hop is celebrating his 50th at the ECW Arena!

If it televised, I wouldn't be surprised if B-Hop announced his retirement there. Thing is, it's a small rinky-dink arena and not on something big like HBO. I only say possible because it's in Philly, and they will be honoring his 50th Birthday. Just have to wait and see what happens.
