You jogged my mind on that one. Heard Prov was upset with TR about 6 months ago, hadn't heard anything recently because he got a couple good fights with Alvarado and Algieri. Sounds like he may be starting it up again. FWIW, it is sounding like Chaves is rumored to be the leader to fight Bradley in December and Bob Arum is telling Rios that he will not let him fight anywhere under 147 now, because he doesn't trust him to make weight...and Jessie Vargas is facing Antonio DeMarco, so Prov is the odd man out. Still...you have to be able to find an opponent for Prov. Prov vs anybody is an exciting fight to end the year, even if the opponent is not great.

Saying the Ruslan's people asked for one of 4 fights before the end of the year: Jessie Vargas, Bradley, Rios, or Diego Chaves and Top Rank showed no interest in any of those fights. To get a fight he will be fighting his next fight in Russia. :shaq2:

Andrade is petitioning the WBO to become the mandatory so he can fight Korobov. The WBO granted Mikey Garcia the same request to fight Rocky Martinez. Would be cool if it happened. Sounds like Andrade is the odd man out in the Canelo sweepstakes, but is willing to move up a division for a better fight. :obama:

What really gets me is Chaves stunk it up on HBO...got DQ'd...then Arum signs him N gets him a fight vs Bradley:patrice:

Roy finally looking like he's not a blown up LHW body wise, something I noticed last fight where he appeared razor sharp and he still has the pop and speed, with all the activity lately, Roy at this age is still no slouch..............

i was all in for ruslan taking his title on the road once he was done with whatever deal he had with arum had and being independent..i said it was the best thing for him to do...but the deal should be done so why is arum still a factor? or why doesnt ruslan go to showtime? :patrice:
