IMO he did, he refused to go below 154 for Manny, but enforced an unnecessary catchweight in the very match before vs Margarito. Cotto my dude but dude ducked a 10 million dollar payday and the chance of stopping the Manny train to fight an unproven vanilla snooze specialist in Trout and lost........
