I think he would be in an exciting fight with just about all of the top guys in the division. Him vs Parker/Zhang/Dubois would be fun while it lasted

The Quartey fight was pretty easy to score because no one was doing much for so many rounds. There was a lot of standing and posing, especially after the 6th round when they both went down. So a guy doing a little bit of good work was usually enough to win the round.
