I assume TR dont want to cash out Brian Normal right away so i assume Boots aint getting a fight worth a damn until summer 25 at the earliest
147 look like a desert is the problem. He could try for Norman Jr but that's doubtful.
The issue is he is in promotional purgatory at 147, he shoulda actually signed with PBC for an undisputed run at 147 then explorw free agency once he moved up to 154. He worried about activity like he a prospect when he needs legacy fights now and 2 outta 4 belts are PBC aligned and TR will likely let Brian Norman marinate his run and then wait for dust to settle to undispute.
Unless he can get Turki to overpay TR for Norman early 2025 (i believe Boots has an IBF mando he needs to do this yr).
IMO 154 is fire enough where boots can get good fights in philly that are non title.
IMO if Tim Kazoo beats the IBF champ Boots needs to go to Australia and fight Tim for it and let that be his coming out party

It's unfortunate because he really started to come along when 147 was starting to crumble.
It's more to moving to than just putting in the weight. It doesn't seem like he's mentally prepared to make the jump.
I don't think he believes in his own hype. The way they talk like dude is generationally and he can beat everyone's ass then 154 is the place for it. Nobody will really givenhim credit for undisputing a weak 147, he would kinda get Devin Haney treatment. Yeah it's on the resume but nobody cares.
He'd be better off being a multi division champ who beat the best with undispited at at least class being the icing on the cake vs wasting away your career especially when 154 is active as hell and non title fights can give us classics
