They let side of the street politics prevent them from winning a belt legitimately
He talking about loyalty only for Showtime to kick them to the curb with the rest of PBC
Either way from his own mouth Bud was in contact with Bozy directly to put the fight together
Boots, Ortiz, Shakur...noticing a trend of challengers with no leverage putting forth weak ass efforts to get a title shot and letting the negotiation fall apart at the first hurdle. Bud worked his Spence negotiations for damn near a whole year, taking a stay busy fight in the middle of it. If you really want a fight stop acting like somebody obligated to give it to you asap and work the negotiation in earnest
