He said exactly what I said to somebody in here earlier this week and Coates I think it was you that pretty said that the WBC is going to try to enforce the mandatory on Biev and find a way to manipulate the system so Bivol and Canelo can get made.

Canelo might be annoying now for directky or indirectly but trying to block Beterbiev vs Bivol because he wants to run back his clear L (not a fight that demands rematch).
With that said he still got a very good resume, better than any active fighter’s and in general he is a good example of a cash cow who wants tough fights more often than not
