This is the year of big performances in big fights so far.
Choco, Shakur, Haney, Jermell, Beterbiev, Inoue, Spence, Bivol, Fulton
All been in much-publicized fights that intrigued people and all just dominated. Don't even know which was the best performance out of these but they can all be proud of themselves

@trick @KingOFKings Tenshin should probably put the transition to boxing on hold and run this back, I'm sure he'll be sponsored well but he's not seeing money like this straight off the rip in boxing

Tenshin has been wanting to switch for a while and already put a pause on the switch over, until this fight presented itself.
They won’t run it back. Translated an article today from Yahoo Japan, they are eyeing to start at super bantam in boxing. They listed their first major target as Inoue’s brother (tall task as Tenshin looked shakey last year in a boxing exhibition against an old Japanese dude).
Tenshin knows it’s now or never. He should take the Takei career path (former K1 champ that switched to boxing under 25 and is lining up a regional title shot next month..trained by Akira Yaegashi).
I translated a bunch of top comments from articles and his post fight conference vid on youtube, the fans are ready, aware and accepting of the switch to boxing.
Boxing is red hot in Japan right now, and getting a superstar like Tenshin injected to the sport is massive.
*edit* another new article..they move fast there lol. Tenshin is joining Teiken this year (home of Ryoto Murata, Subaru Murata (no relation), Iwata, Takei, Ogawa, Linares, 135 Nakatani, etc…….which also means, we might be seeing that TR/ESPN affiliation with Teiken play a role.
The sport is buzzing there more than here. They’re doing technical technical breakdowns on Bud that get 230K + views (equivalent to almost 1 million views when you do the adjustment based on population).
