The Custer interview was recorded before Ellerbe went off. IMO I think Tank sticks with Showtime but under his own banner, not a stretch.
Somebody should tell Tank that Haney/Kambosos has a rematch clause if Haney wins, Tank was talking about wanting the winner (directed at Devin).
On another note, that Ellerbe rant sorta ticked me off. You can’t compare Floyd’s run to Tanks. Look at the resume. Dude is almost 30, a big name and competitive fight is needed next or people will begin to tune out and his career is in jeopardy of being tarnished.
His prime years are being wasted on mediocre fights.
My gut is telling me we see a joint TR/PBC PPV and Tank gets Loma either at the tail end of this year or early 2023 (depending on how/if Loma can exit Ukraine). I’m not so sure that the Kambosos/Kambosos/Loma route for Haney is 100% legit (the Loma part)….so it could be a possibility.
The other obvious one is Garcia.
