The contrast between Canelo and Fury, two of the biggest names in the sport is striking
One is retiring (or fake retiring, whatever) being just one fight away from an undisputed fight but floats circus fights with MMA guys that nobody who actually follows the sport care about.
Canelo who has already done more in the sport plans to stay 6-7 years longer and is about to try and be undisputed in 175 after he did it in 168, also excludes BS cross-sports fights.

If bud fights Thurman by July they could still do the Spence fight late November/December. Bud been too inactive dealing with all his legal shyt. And I think haymon would rather establish bud as a PBC fighter first.

Give him a different opponent and have all the promo based around fighting Spence next. Bud beats Thurman. Spence comes into the ring. They talk shyt. Do a faceoff. The hype would be crazy. Especially if bud knocks Keith out like I think he will. Keith ain't spoiling shyt:mjlol:

If you think you're lonely now, ohhh girl...
Some of y’all tripping with the make Thurman/Crawford first and then make Spence/Crawford next rhetoric. No, no, no, no, no. If history has shown us anything it’s that you can’t make huge fights that are contingent on other fights happening smoothly, regularly. There’s too many variables in the sport: injuries, upsets, new-fangled promotional disputes (i.e. Naw, I need more money to fight that dude now), unexpected life events, etc. The fight doesn’t need any additional seasoning or marinating or whatever. It’s already huge. Just make it happen now. Besides that, I have no idea what Thurman has done to warrant a shot at the world title anyways. I really don’t get it. I mean, dude has one win in the last 15 years (I’m exaggerating, but still) over a fukking 140 pounder in Barrios :gucci:. Yet, there’s people that feel like he should fight for the title next when you got guys like Stanionis that just beat Butaev in the same damn division :dahell:.

Anyways, the Spence/Crawford fight will happen next. I know Spence has no interest in fighting Thurman win or lose, but I think he will move up to 154 after the Crawford fight regardless. And I like Thurman. I’m from fukking FL. Lol. We even live in the same neck of the woods, but nah. Dude hasn’t put no recent work in.

Porter addresses derrick James saying he hasn't talked to his dad. Basically said derrick is full of shyt.

Why even speak on a father & son relationship, especially when you don't even know them like that
Like the cohost said they were talking boxing and dude tried to shoe horn some chatty patty shyt in there :scust:
