25 and 14 :wow:
Rosado was once an actual contender at 154 and had a good shot being champion there. But he jumped up to challenge GGG for his belt and got a really bad beating for it. Ever since then he's been more off than on. Unfortunate

He already had 5 losses(one of them by TKO) by the time he fought GGG. Rosado would be the third best name on Andrade resume, no bullshyt. Jermell Charlo beat Rosado like 1000 years ago and nobody even remembers it. :francis:

Both you nikkas are right. Rosado built himself back up from getting stopped early by Alfredo Angulo and was the mando to K9 at 154. He would have been favored to win or at least be a very live dog. Dude took the GGG fight for 200k and the rest is history. :manny:

and yes sadly, Rosado in 2021 would be the 3rd best name on Andrade resume behind Vanes and Culcay. :snoop:
What is even sadder is that Jacobs needed a gift to beat Rosado last year.:mjcry:

Mell beating Rosado just gives more credence to why Mell is the top guy at 154. People forget that he was fighting solid contenders before he started stopping nikkas and even went on a ko run of a bunch of contenders and fringe contenders.

Andrade would be killing his own momentum by fighting Rosado say after a Liam Williams fight. That's moving backwards, but dude been moving retarded his whole career so....

Mell can go undisputed at 154 and he still wouldn't get the respect he deserves. Hell he beat Vanes too, and he didn't get knocked down in the process like Doo Doo did. That's why I want him to move up to 160 and fight GGG cause he'll probably beat him a lot more convincingly than Canelo did and it would finally get him the exposure he deserves as well. All Mell needs is a signature win over a name and he can't be denied anymore.

His damn brother is holding him back, Mell could easily go up and make noise at 160 and run shyt, problem is they gonna start saying 160 is 'weak' too as soon as he gets there, just like they do right now with 154, yet they hype up divisions like 140 and Cruiserweight as some top notch fukking divisions, yet if a division is really good one fighter isn't gonna just be able to run through a division that fukking easily. :francis:

Bruh this statement would have hit if you used a legit terrible division in your example like 147 or 168...140 is a poppin division like 154 is..CW has cooled off and in a state of rebuild..no one says it poppin now...mell goes up to 160 to do what exactly? Be some interim champion? Fighting GGG means you go to DAZN to do that. I have skepticism that happens lol. PBC at middleweight is weak and it will remain weak unless PBC 154 contingent also moves up. Mell has a great thing going at 154 now.

With Vanes..nikkas like using him as an example of a scrub for some reason. Vanes was no scrub. Vanes gave Charlo and Andrade some real trouble in their fights. Vanes-Charlo could have been a draw really. The only fighter that treated Vanes like a scrub was GGG through unfortunate circumstances

I'm talking about how people perceive the division talent wise Pat, not on how often they can get the top fighters to fight each other. Those divisions move how they should move, but I see people saying Jermell shouldn't be on P4P lists because 154 is a 'weak' division, yet Crawford got to be P4P top 3 off going undisputed at 140 4 years ago and that division was far less talented than this current 154lb division.

Believe me I agree with you 147 had a great 2019(four of the top 5 fought each other), and has been shyt since, that is why I'm not mad at all that Manny got stripped now thr division can finally move like it is suppsoed to. 168 had an underwhelming WBSS, 160 is just ass beyond the big 3(Charlo, Andrade, GGG) and maybe Derevyanchenko; that shyt is pitiful that Derevyanchenko who is the true definition of a glorified gatekeeper is probably the 4th best fighter in the division.
