so why haven't they done this with the 147 mandatories to get Bud belt off him and set up a PBC unification bout?
the welters who were in position to force that bout are worth more in house than out. castano is more "expendable" in that sense. they pretty much wiped their hands of the bout with that bid, if he loses oh well wasn't much invested anyway if he wins then like you said he gets fed to charlo

but i also said teixeira is pretty shaky for a champ while bud is one of the best fighters in the world..different levels of risk which goes along with what you mentioned about certain fighters/fights are worth more in house than out..if teixeira was a bigger risk it might play out differently

the only one he's talked about is Fury and we still dont know legally if the court forces a 3rd fight with Fury OR Joshua-Fury gets ironed out and officially announced leaving him to rebuild
