So can anyone explain why Bud is consistently ranked above the PBC welters in P4P rankings
Even in publications that have nothing to do with ESPN like Forbes , boxing association and Ring?
Aight ppl hate Tim Bradley now, but y'all don't believe Andre Ward either? Julian Williams, who is on PBC, said Bud is the best fighter in the world! The idea that Bud is the best welter is not some ESPN media creation....alot of ppl believe that

First off you're asking the wrong people. There are a few of us here who've never been high on Crawford. Very different from cats reacting to an interview.

Secondly, the real question is, what makes YOU, not anyone else rank him so high?? Everyone else does because they're dikkriding ESPN. Is bud seriously the 2nd best fighter to you? Hes not to me.

Not taking a consensus p4p top 5 guy seriously sounds more of a hyperbole than anything else to me. If you criticize him that's fair enough, especially for this last interview, I also did for that but this board always went over the top with hating on him.

It's just that noise would get drowned out by all the nikkas shytting on GGG, Superman, Thurman, Wilder, Turbo fists resumes, etc..... Bud got a pass based off potential.

And honestly I feel like Crawford was ranked highly going back to HBO.

Personally I would rank Loma #1 for pure boxing, Canelo #2 for boxing and cultural impact or whatever, and the winner of Fury vs. Wilder #3
beyond that I kinda don't care about the rankings. I guess I'd have Spence and Crawford in my top ten, none of the other welters though
