I think Joshua/Parker was worst. Now that fight was boring as fukk. Both them nikkas were scary.

Joshua/Ruiz 2 was more dramatic imo. It had its boring spots too, but at least some heavy shots were being thrown.

Agreed. AJ/Ruiz II was far from boring IMO. AJ/Takam and AJ/Parker were even more dull. Fell asleep during those fights

Tevin Farmer's leftovers :hhh: What are Lipinets and Ugas up to? I understand Spence being a fool fukked up the plans but Granados and Redkack back to back is a nasty scene.

WBC ordered a fight between Ugas and the regular champ Besputin
Lipinets who knows BUT if IBF calls for an interim title/vacant title, he is line for it. shyt he might be waiting lol

Redkach ko'ed Devon..thats prolly why he got the call. Redkach got ko'ed by Sugar John. I already know what time it is :heh:

Hell I would rather see Jamal James get the opportunity, dude has been selling tix in his hometown and beating up assorted Hispanics on FS1 main events, give him that opportunity instead of a dude who knocked out by a washed Molina not too long ago.

i agree..jamal james had the most underrated fight on PBC with demarco this year...and dude has been putting work on the fs1 and bounce cards..its about time he gets an opportunity

but then stylistically he may cause danny some problems and you know they are anchoring for a pac fight..they trying to avoid any slip ups lol

Centeno vs. Montiel Tops FS1 Card on December 21
By Random Hits

Published On Mon Dec 9, 2019, 01:01 PM EST

Top middleweight contender Hugo "The Boss" Centeno Jr. will battle Mexico's Juan Macias Montiel in a 10-round clash that headlines FS1 PBC Fight Night and on FOX Deportes Saturday, December 21 from Toyota Arena in Ontario, California.

The FS1 telecast begins at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT and will feature 2016 U.S. Olympian Karlos Balderas taking on Mexico's René Téllez Giron in an eight-round lightweight duel and unbeaten prospect Raymond Guajardo battling New Orleans-native Donnis Reed in a super welterweight bout.

FS1 PBC Fight Night precedes the FOX PBC Fight Night broadcast headlined by the highly anticipated rematch between WBC Super Welterweight Champion Tony Harrison and former champion Jermell Charlo with coverage beginning on FOX and FOX Deportes at 8 p.m./5 p.m. PT.

Tickets for the event, which is promoted by Lions Only Promotions and TGB Promotions, are on sale now and can be purchased at the Toyota Arena box office and Ticketmaster.com.

Fighting out of his hometown of Oxnard, California, Centeno (27-3, 14 KOs) will look to bounce back after he lost a close decision to Willie Monroe Jr. on FS1 in June. The 28-year-old had won three out of four fights heading into the Monroe fight, including a highlight-reel knockout of then unbeaten Immanuwel Aleem on FS1 in August 2017. He will step into the ring for the third time in 2019 on December 21, having also defeated Oscar Cortes in February.

The 25-year-old Montiel (21-4-1, 21 KOs) has fought professionally since 2009 and most recently stopped longtime contender Marcos Reyes in February by fourth-round TKO. Representing Los Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico, Montiel will make his U.S. debut on December 21, in a career that has seen him knockout then unbeaten Ivan Montero and drop a 2017 contest to eventual world champion Jaime Munguia.

One of the most highly regarded prospects from the 2016 U.S. Olympic team, Balderas (9-0, 8 KOs) returns for an eight-round lightweight affair to close out 2019. The 23-year-old from Santa Maria, California has won his last five fights by stoppage, including three in 2019. His most recent outing saw him stop Robert Frankel in July. He will be opposed by the 20-year-old Giron (13-1, 7 KOs), who fights out of Queretaro, Mexico and is looking to rebound from a decision loss to unbeaten Michel Rivera in June.

Guajardo (4-0, 3 KOs) turned pro one week after his 19th birthday this March and kicked off his career with a second-round knockout of Leonardo Mendez in his hometown of San Antonio, Texas. Guajardo will enter the ring on December 21 in a four or six-round contest seeking his fifth win of 2019. He most recently defeated Brian Urday by first-round knockout in October and will be opposed by the 34-year-old Reed (3-4, 2 KOs) as he steps into the ring for his third fight of 2019.

Oubaali vs. Donaire Bantamweight Title Fight Ordered By WBC
By Jake Donovan

Published On Mon Dec 9, 2019, 01:16 PM EST

The show on which Nordine Oubaali made his latest title defense came with the expectation of next challenging a bantamweight in the evening’s headlining act.

Such a scenario has in fact played out, even if not exactly as scripted.

The unbeaten two-time Olympian and reigning bantamweight titlist has been ordered by the World Boxing Council (WBC) to next defend his title versus former four-division champion Nonito Donaire. The ruling was announced on Monday by the Mexico City-based sanctioning body.

“The WBC Board of Governors has voted unanimously to appoint Nonito Donaire as the WBC mandatory contender in the bantamweight division,” read a statement from the WBC’s office.

France’s Oubaali (17-0, 12KOs) capped a three-fight campaign in 2019 with a title-defending 12-round win over Takuma Inoue in their title consolidation clash this past November in Saitama, Japan. The bout served in supporting capacity to Inoue’s older brother, Naoya Inoue (19-0, 16KOs) claiming top honors in the World Boxing Super Series bantamweight tournament with a spirited decision victory over Fil-Am superstar Donaire (40-6, 26KOs), unifying two major bantamweight titles along the way.

Oubaali—who claimed his WBC belt in a points win over past Olympic rival and former bantamweight titlist Rau’Shee Warren in January—was hoping for his next fight to come in a unification bout versus Inoue, a bout which would have carried several subplots.

Instead, he will face the other side of the Nov. 7 bracket, with Donaire installed as the WBC’s mandatory challenger. The ruling comes in part to Donaire’s spirited effort put forth versus Inoue, along with the legacy he’s enjoyed over the course of a career now approaching 19 years in service. The 37-year old has claimed titles in four weight divisions, including a second tour as a bantamweight titlist following an injury stoppage win over previously unbeaten Ryan Burnett last November.

With the ordered fight comes a 30-day free negotiations period. The two sides will have until January 3, 2020 to come to terms for the ordered title fight, or else will be subject to a purse bid hearing at WBC headquarters in Mexico City. Either side can call for a purse bid at any time during the negotiation period.

Oubaali is represented by MTK Global, while Donaire is promoted by Richard Schaefer’s Ringstar Promotions.

man...ill say this about bantams..they don't lack for interesting matchups on paper

not sure how i feel about this fight..oubaali is a pretty damned good fighter...donaire is coming off the IMO the 2nd best fight of this calendar year and took a wild amount of punishment for it..donaire prolly should retire...but donaire is one of the few..shyt prolly the only fighter that really throws himself into the fire in the divisions he operates in

If he's really a free agent and so confident he beats Andrade then why doesn't he just go over to DAZN and fight Andrade for better money than they would get on FOX or Showtime?
It's like he wouldn't understand market competition. How the hell do you expect them to bend to your way when you hold nothing over them and their promoters/networks whatever can offer a higher purse?

The same reason Tevin Farmer who was a Free Agent turned down “better money” only it was actually factually better money not a hypothetical

So take your stance that it was ok for Tevin N switch the name for Charlo :stopitslime:
