At his prime he might very well have been better, both are greats
He didn't have the consistency of Floyd throughout his career but he still had a good 10 years or so at the top and at his peak he was one of the best to ever do it.

idk breh, I checked it out now that you linked, his profile doesn't seem just full of party, there are boxing stuff in there. Now it's a legit concern that Cuban dudes who go to Miami might kill their own career cause they get into the night life and the liberties of the US a little too much but based on that profile I wouldn't ring the alarm bell just yet, it just seems dude had/has a good time and sometimes he's partying, ain't nothing wrong with that until he can control it.
Floyd liked to party but he was also a gym rat, it can be done.
Cubans have been known to lose their discipline.. so we will see about this one

That is true, however lil breh posts most of his stuff via Instagram stories. All of them are just videos of him partying it up and drinking liquor. Look at his body, it says it all. He does go to gym and posts every now and then, but it is alarming and points to his lack of discipline.
He does seem like he has more charisma than the typical Cuban fighter. If he learns English he might become a top draw based off his personality and skill.
