So dude turned down that offer because he thinks he’s gonna be Mayweather? :mjlol::francis:
If that’s true he has a too big ego for his own good.
That’s also why Broner refused RN? Wondering if that’s what every important PBC fighters are being told when they got a bigger offer than what they could get w PBC. “Look at Floyd and his money, that was all us, do you want the same on day?”. If so then they are very gullible but ego can be a sob, I guess it’s good to hear that for them and they want to believe that they can get there whatever that logic says otherwise.
Mayweather was already a mainstream star when he quit TR and decided to go by his own. First he had to be the B side against DLH to get there, Haymon and Showrtime got him a lot of money no doubt but they didn’t build Floyd’s career all the way, they had to continue with a finished product, an already nainstream star. Floyd was also a generational talent something Wilder is not but fair enough I guess he won’t just say that to himself. Wilder is also 33, will turn 34 this year. Not super old for a HW but super old for someone who’s dreaming of getting to Floyd heights. Either way, the delusion is grand.

Al Haymon must have the goat Mouth Piece :dame:

Wonder if the Haney to DAZN Rumors are legit

I hope not. Showtime has invested a lot of money in some cool promo vids/features for him and PBC on FOX is starting to market him as an online star (the last FS1 card he was involved in interactively on some chat service).

It would be going back underground on dazn.

These fighters gotta take advantage of the gravy trains (Roc Nation, DAZN). I've been saying this for years. The goal is to make as much money as possible.

Floyd is Floyd. You can't apply the same blueprint to everyone's career..Mayweather had his first PPV fight in 2005. He retired in 2017. That's 12 years of earning that PPV money.

I say get a big guaranteed contract now & figure out a way to get some endorsements.

Yeah boxers gotta figure out a way to get that money, and create revenue streams outside of boxing.

You don’t see them selling merchandise either.
