Besputin is a prospect and Benavidez did pretty good compared to some other Crawford opponents
Thurman should be emeritus though with the possibility to go straight back for the title. I think that's the fairest solution when a champion doesn't defend his title for 2 years or nearly 2 but it's because he was injured and not because he just didn't want to.

i just think the upgrade should happen and bam wba has its 1 champion at 147..manny pacquiao has that belt...bam problem solved

Or being ordered to fight Pac for the title but I don't think pac would care about that title in this case, he's lined up to the Broner fight already and he's eyeing Mayweather after. Who knows what comes out of this
