19 year old sold about 6,500 tix on a Friday headlining on ESPN. Whatever he’s doing on social media is working. It was still just a lot of Mexican/Latino men/teens there, young crowd. He’ll never beat Shakur Haney or Tank imo tho.

Shakur should be getting this treatment on TR :mjpls:
Shakur has had almost all of his fights broadcasted on ESPN breh

Interesting stuff from Breadman:

4. I think GGG will fight Canelo. It’s better for his pockets for sure, not sure about his legacy. But here is the thing. Everyone seems to be waiting to fight GGG or Canelo. But while they wait they should fight each other to become the real next guy. There are about 6 or 7 guys at middleweight that should start fighting each other. GGG is 36 and Canelo is still the cash cow. Neither of those guys will be able to fight everyone that is calling them out.

5. You already know how I feel about Nonito. But I think his slippage is right on track for a clean fighter that is 35 and fighting at a smaller weight. I also think Nonito had extraordinary physical gifts. I think he relied on them more so than even Roy Jones. Nonito’s answer to everything was land his hook. He could box but he was an athletic display and not a skill display like say a Pernell Whitaker. I love the guy but the reality is, skill last longer than athleticism.

6. What a great piece on Manny. Naazim Richardson actually told me the same thing. He told me that Pacquiao’s hands felt like bricks. He couldn’t believe how compact and hard they were when he examined them before the Mosley fight. He told me he actually warned Shane Mosely about them. That study actually reveals some interesting things. Bone density is very important for many reasons. I never looked at it in the stamina perspective but I always did in the punching power, physicality and ability to take a punch perspective. It actually makes perfect sense. That’s what I call some good research.

We don't care if GGG is 36, 19, 45. As long as he's a fighter and he's holding belts, he's game and all the hungry lions should be looking at him. Charlos been trying to fight lot of fighters the media were saying they were ducking. GGG still gotta fight Jacobs and the Lions breh.

Like Pat used to say (and you always dapped), we are not here to say health first. We are fight fans. These guys need to be calling out GGG just like GGG refused to fight a pulse at 160 but his whole team was stalking Canelo and even Floyd.

I don't wanna hear it.

lil g barely touching Ms :hhh: no wonder they got Canelo name in their mouths morning, noon and night. :picard: it's literally the only way he can eat out here. :gucci:

Yeah, 4G LTE and his fans better understand he's not a draw. How you're a draw and a KO artists and couldn't even draw 5k on a boxing weekend ? :dead:

How can anyone be backing up Canelo for serving us this shyt sandwich is mind blowing

Canelo was not fighting breh :gucci:

Agree and disagree. You are right in that top 160 fighters can call out GGG and GGG should be held accountable for facing them (although a fight on short notice and short money is unreasonable).

Where I have no problem with is if GGG wants to wait until September and cash that Canelo check. He deserves a rematch, Canelo is a top fighter, and it is a business so we cant hate on a guy going for a fight that makes him $10's of millions more than anyone else.

Breadman's point is legit though that cats cant use GGG and Canelo as their meal ticket and wait for those fights without fighting each other without criticism. GGG was certainly called out here for doing that and that was still with him fighting the top guys at 160, but it wasnt popping the way it was now. BJS was ducking heavy at the time and Eubank's fight was nearly made, but he ducked.

If GGG tries and unsuccessfully makes a Canelo fight for September and he doesn't take on a top guy, he should be criticized, but right now GGG is doing things right, just faced Jacob's, then Canelo, tried to get a Canelo rematch and the fight was cancelled last minute and not his fault, now likely going for Canelo again. Really hard to argue with his career decisions right now IMO.

Jacob's, Charlo, BJS, Andrade, and Dereveychenko all are worthy of a GGG fight, but if they do score a fight only one man can get it, that doesn't stop them from going after each other as well.

GGG is not even a meal ticket for himself. GGG should fight the top guys because I am sure Nelo will have him wait.

GGG was calling out Floyd at 155. Stop making this into a "fight each other". Where was all that spirit when Ward was at 164 and GGG had other top guys to fight but he never did. GGG career goals were "Floyd, or Canelo". So, don't blame the game now the tables have turned.

We should be asking for GGG vs Jacobs or Charlo. Period

Triple G shade glasses "Everyone was ducking Triple G, everyone I tell you!!!!!!" "Oh bet? Who in his weight class did?" "Oh well Sergio and Felix Sturm........" "Oh okay, well after 2012 and before Canelo who'd he fight?!" "Domestic abuse dominic wade, Curtis 154 Stevens, Willie Monroe, Rubio, Rosado..........." "You're right that's a real murderers row :whew: that explains why Triple G's best win by age 47 is Daniel Jacobs aka 160 Jessie Vargas"

Triple G doing stuff right now? He just fought Vanes 'not a threat at 154, especially with two years ring rust' M

Cmon breh
