Burned the corpse in the fire he staged at his house.
Everyone thinks he's dead now except Hector and Gus.
The Salamancas want Nacho to see who he's working for
He's covertly going to find proof that it was Gus that ordered the hit on him so Don eladio will let them kill Gus

Anything else is just speculating stuff that never happened in the show

Ok so you’re not one of those who think the Salamancas know he lives, so let me ask your thoughts on this: Why did Gus lead the Salamancas to Nacho (via Bolsa)? Seems like a big risk if they caught him alive.

Did Mike know that’s what Gus was doing? cuz he originally seemed staunchly against killing Nacho.

Also when did they show Lalo burning the corpse of the bearded man? I must’ve missed that.

Gus was planning on Nacho dying in a shootout at the motel. That's why he left him the gun and told him to shoot anyone that comes through the door. I've been saying it's a sloppy plan and realistically Gus would've had his goons round up nacho and disappear him one way or another.

They show us the twins at the house looking at the burned corpse. Later Gus goes over the federales files and we see corpse and fire pics and the dental records

To be fair, in an interview with Giancarlo Esposito, he did say this version of Gus isnt the one from Breaking Bad and makes more mistakes.

we also saw how Gus was rattled when he knocked over that glass this season. Hes clearly shaken up and knows he fukked up.

I’m curious to see where they go with Nachos story in the finale.

He obviously has a heart like Jesse because his second question after finding out Lalo “is dead” he’s concerned about the health of the innocent people at Lalos house.

Nacho is a parallel of Jesse. Parent provided but decided to break bad.

Honestly this all makes sense based on the future. Remember Saul thinks it’s revenge by Nacho or Lalo when he gets surprised. Probably because I bet whatever happens between those two, no bodies will ever be found, and the rumors they are alive or dead will never be corroborated.

Digital. And the digital shows allow you to watch them the day after they air. Good alternative for cable cutters who dont wanna sub to amc+ just for one show.

So basically Lalo killed that couple he visited at the start and used the man as a body double as he had the same dental work, correct?

They also would be able to confirm he's not dead, so a lose end either way.

I might have to re-watch. As I was watching I didn't understand why Lalo was acting like he was about to stab them with the scissors.
