Why the fukk are they charging him for the DEA deaths? :dahell:
Accomplice to murder after the fact. If you know someone murdered somebody and you don't turn them in, you get charged as an accomplice if it gets discovered by the cops. Jimmy knew that Hank and Gomez were murdered and Walt was related to it, and he didn't turn Walt in. Jimmy was helping run the criminal enterprise that ended up getting them murdered.

They do the same thing with smaller charges too. Drugs. RICO law. Similar stuff.

This is how you stick the landing....

This was an amazing finale, worth every moment of the series, this goes up there in my mount rushmore of shows... not sure where it pans out at the moment but holy shyt.

I shed a tear on this... :mjcry:
Sticking 2 legendary series finales is wild. It's such a hard thing to do.

Kim gave Jimmy the finger guns back at the end, but it was subtle.

But did Saul even know? There’s no proof he did.

They'd absolutely charge him in a case that big. Doesn't matter if he knew or not. The Feds would have suspicion that he knew, and if he beat those charges they'd still have a dozen others to send him up the river on. They literally threw the book at him and charged him with every single thing they could, which is pretty accurate as to what would happen in real life.

On principle alone, the feds would charge someone like Saul in a situation like that. You gotta remember, Walt told the cops on the phone in Ozymandias that Hank crossed him, and that he was responsible for Hank's murder. It was a lie, but he said it to protect Skylar.

The Feds know that Walt and Saul both went on the run, and they assumed Jesse did too. That's all they need to know to charge everyone involved in Walt's enterprise with "accessory to murder after the fact". Being involved anywhere close to the murder of a federal agent is about as deep shyt as you can be in.

He didn't have to.

Basic way to describe it is if you're a getaway driver for a bank robbery and the people robbing it end up killing someone, even though you have no knowledge of that action & are outside the building, you can still get charged with that murder.

Same for Saul being involved in the Meth empire. All deaths caused in relation to the meth empire he can be charged with.
