He didn't have to.

Basic way to describe it is if you're a getaway driver for a bank robbery and the people robbing it end up killing someone, even though you have no knowledge of that action & are outside the building, you can still get charged with that murder.

Same for Saul being involved in the Meth empire. All deaths caused in relation to the meth empire he can be charged with.
There's a nightmare story I always think of about this. There were 5 guys in the early 1900's that did a robbery gone bad and someone got murdered. One guy did the murder, but since it was a "criminal enterprise" they all got charged with murder. Most of the guys thought if they confessed to the robbery but not the murder that they'd be okay, but in reality they just sealed their own fate. New York used to have the death penalty as mandatory sentence for murder. All 5 of the guys got the electric chair, and they were all executed on the same night in 1912 at Sing Sing Prison...one after another, in quick succession (plus another 2 people for a different crime).

They'd kill one, wheel the body to the autopsy room and bring in the next guy. Gruesome shyt. They didn't speak great English (they were Italian immigrants) and some didn't even really know what was going on. They didn't all know why they were being killed, but they all heard each other being executed one at a time, and they even heard the buzz saws from the autopsy room 20 feet away (immediate autopsies were mandatory in NY at the time).

Here's an article about it, but be warned that it's pretty fukked up. Nightmare fuel shyt. Medieval shyt, and even for the early 1900's it was a gross human rights violation.

Oh yeah, now they you bring up him knowing about all the Heisenberg empire, makes sense they’d charge him.

That Walt flashback was amazing, and his reaction to the whole time machine concept was perfect. I find it interesting that Jimmy actually called Cinnabon shop for his first call, and I guess that was a signal that he was finding some humanity in himself. Finale was well written and liked how everything was connected.

Unsure if I missed it but did they say what happened to the taxi driver Jeff?

An end of an era :wow:

BCS was probably a little tighter overall than BB but both are GOAT tier shows. BB's 1st couple seasons were very good but once they get to season 3 it's just crazy how it all starts falling into place. :whew:

BCS was amazing right out the gate. Start to finish every ep was :ohhh:

Let's not forget the early parts of Saul being doc review and Chuck in a blanket lol

What a show...

Saul finally coming to terms on who he is and telling the judge after he confessed he was Jimmy . fkn great .

I tried to watch this show when it first came out...couldn't get into it. About a month ago tried it again , got past season 1 and caught up to watch the finale tonight . god I hope we get one more show in the BB/BCS universe
They need to leave it alone. Bb is a classic and this show only added to its legacy. On its own it will go down as really good show
