Kim'd ride or die. Jimmy should've left well enough alone. Even the phone call wasn't going to make her do anything, but it wasn't until he mentioned her guilty conscience. Once he said that, she thought about it and realized he was right. She couldn't keep living with it. Even though to plan to fukk over Howie was more on her, she felt the consequences more seriously. Which is why she left to begin with.

I get why it could be considered snitching, but I see an argument the other way too. Literally everyone involved is dead. There's no evidence. No body. They think Saul is either dead or on the run, and he's on the hook for a bunch of shyt if he ever got caught anyways. Kim just implicated herself, and she never would have if Jimmy hadn't said that on the phone.

Walt had a history of murder since the 2nd or 3rd episode of the 1st season. Saul has no history of violence, and having him do that just one episode from the series finale would've felt like too much of a jump to me. It would've felt out of character. Saul is also a more sympathetic, empathetic, and less explosive personality than Walt. He might be a scumbag but he's softer at heart than Walt was.

I know Saul sort of gave himself up by mentioning the bond thing in different states, but why would Marion type in "con man"?

I didn't even recognize Emilio going in until Jesse mentioned him, then I was like, "oh, that was his former partner. "

imo she already had suspicions because of gene's meetings in the garage. she didn't follow up on it. but the bond convo was the trigger for her, and then i think everything she asked gene from that point on was her testing out her suspicions. she didn't trust his answer about him posting the bond himself, and she definitely did not trust his answer about buddy. buddy was in the garage with them. we met buddy when gene got his cover blown... i'm guessing she knows if her son is in trouble, buddy would be too.

instead, gene is calling her with an update on what's happening and insisting she has to post bond.
