Nah, he's still alive during "Breaking Bad". Saul mentioned him in the very first ep he appeared in season 2.

Unless it's a scene from the "Breaking Bad" time line and he dies then.

Yeah, it was pretty good. Actually better than the "Breaking Bad" reunion because they gave everyone a chance to talk.
I cut cable years ago but I'll probably get Sling TV for a couple months just to watch "Better Call Saul" live.
