My guess as a final to slipping Jimmy, Chuck isn't gonna leave him any of the $3M payout he got for leaving HHM.

Where and when did I say I thought Chuck ain't dead? It's been 3 seasons building up the backstory for Jimmy and how he became Saul. Chuck NOT committing suicide in the Finale never crossed my mind until I saw your post.
Let's get on to the other shyt please. We get it, Chuck and Jimmy's relationship is fukked up, he's a sick old man, he killed himself. There's so much other shyt they have to tap into seeing as they plan on going over a timeline from before Breaking Bad, during Breaking Bad, and after Breaking Bad.
Why would you even entertain Chuck not being dead after seeing the last scene?
we're not even sure chuck deposited that check.
he was obviously in an unstable place, so its possible he didnt even do anything with the check and it burned up in the fire.
...along with his willwe're not even sure chuck deposited that check.

From how the season shaped up and how it really brought closure to Jimmy and Chuck's relationship and fully explained why Chuck just didn't fukk with him... I don't even understand why you would "kinda think" Chuck killed him self.Great episode and season. But god damn we gotta wait a year for the next one.
And no Mike was wack as hell.
I kinda think Chuck committed suicide.
Fred.

With the final scene clearly showing him kick over a lantern and his house go up in flames. And if the writers aren't finished with Chuck, what else is there to do with that storyline?
I mean like I said in my previous post... this show still has a LOT of stuff to get to, and we're already 3 seasons in.
Again,
Re-read those posts. I never said I didn't think he was dead. I said I'm not sure if it was suicide, because he was mentally vacant by the time he kicked the lantern over. So was he trying to kill himself, or was he so far gone mentally that he was kicking the desk with no thought given to a potential fire?
Him being dead was a foregone conclusion. I said "he probably kills himself" earlier in the thread, before the ep was even over.
Fred.
Ah okay...
I stay out of these threads until I finish watching the season, so I just skimmed through the last couple of pages and I was like ... people really debating if this man Chuck is dead now. But that explanation you just gave clears the air for me.
Thanks
Jonathan Banks (Mike) is worrying me too as he looks way older than what he supposedly is (70)
