Damn near drive off a cliff even tho Jimmy is clearly the more reckless one brehettes.

The irony of it all is that Kim woulda been better off "crashing" her car into that oil rig earlier in the episode.

This had to be the fastest lick Jimmy pulled so far and for so much. Dude got in done within a week and a half and the payday is on it's way. Hopefully he breaks his "film crew" off with a few bucks for sticking with him. Meanwhile, even tho Howard told Jimmy to wait for his money, HHM is gonna need that money too because Chuck is coming for their asses. And it's crazy that the firm is so cash poor despite keeping up appearances. But credit can make anything look better than what it is.

On a side note, you KNOW Nacho is hoping that the pill switch works out in time to spare his dad and the business. Because once the goons show up, it's gonna be a problem to get rid of them, if anything.

And I hope Irene gets back in good graces with the rest of the old ladies. Jimmy reeeeeeeeeally pushed on this one and here's hoping that the relationships mean more to these ladies than the money.

"This isn't what fine looks like", Howard is probably the most sane, logical, ethical, moral character in terms of the legal world....

Howard eviscerated Jimmy, that was vicious. I may have to hit someone with that, I've come pretty close to that kind of verbal abuse, throwing money at someone.

These old women brehs. Sitting on millions and not even caring about collecting it. When Irene said she just leaves everything to the experts (lawyers):snoop:. I don't even feel bad for what Jimmy did to her one bit. She had that shyt coming for being an idiot about settling.

Jimmy with the trunk full of shoes.:damn:
Was Kim thinking about Jimmy right before she crashed.:lupe:.

Just now watching this, was busy last night.

Jimmy's face was like :francis: when he heard Erin's name. Erin was the girl that was harassing the fukk out of him last season at Davis & Main.:mjlol:

Still watching but "if enough people tell you you're drunk, it's time to sit down" is something Vince Gilligan regularly says when they come up with an idea that doesn't work and the writers vote against.

Just finished, great episode. When Jimmy was trying to talk Kim into having a drink with him his mannerisms were the most Saul we've seen so far.

So Lydia thinks Gus is so much more than a drug dealer... I wonder what she means.

If you think about it Gus' motivation wasn't really explored beyond wanting to avenge Max. But why did he get in the drug game in the first place? He could have gone far in the legit world. Maybe he had some type of Fidel Castro revolutionary dreams for Chile or Latin America?

Or am I reading too much into it and she just admired his intelligence and business sense, as opposed to most drug dealers like Salamanca who are cavemen?

Giancarlo Esposito is still pushing hard for a Gus mini-series. Not a full series....just 10-13 episodes to explore his back story.

:ohhh:That would be so dope. I can see it being like Breaking Bad too with him starting out as a good guy forced to go bad like Nacho's Dad being forced into the drug trade.

I suppose anything is possible but I don't see them bankrolling yet another show in the same universe/storyline, especially since BCS is not a smash hit ratings wise. Then again most people are far more interested in the gangster aspects of shows like The Sopranos, The Wire or Breaking Bad than "the other stuff" so who knows.

"BCS" is doing pretty good ratings-wise actually....averaging close to 4 mill an episode. Which is on the high side for cable dramas, with the outliers being "Game Of Thrones" and "The Walking Dead".

Also it's not as if AMC has anything else going on.

If they did that they'd probably have to use another actor for the younger flash back scenes....he was "somebody" in Chile under Augusto Pinochet (remember when Don Eladio said "we know who you are but this is not Chile") so he probably got his hands dirty long before the events of "BCS".

:gucci:I forgot about that. He probably was more notorious in Chile than he is now in the shows. And remember how he went all :demonic:with the box cutter. Imagine if he was killing dudes like that in Chile. :mindblown:They need to make that show happen and answer all these myths around Gus. shyt could be the next Sopranos/Narcos if they went all out with the budget.

What's funny is (in real life) Pinochet had high-tech drug labs hidden all over the place in Chile. So Gus obviously got the laundry mat idea from him.
