Howard can't seriously want to destroy Jimmy as much as Chuck wants to. 
I'm guessing Howard will be part of the reason Jimmy doesn't go to jail and just ends up changing his name to Saul Goodman.
I doubt Howard even wants to work with Chuck as Partner anymore after seeing him go full crazy to catch Jimmy.
Chuck is slowly digging his own grave in his pursuit to catch Jimmy.
Tin foiling the entire living room alone must have taken a toll on his health.

To be fair she told him to chill and see how it plays out. She definitely didn't expect him to spaz out like he did....dude didn't fall for Chuck's plot but somehow fukked it up for himself even worse.
