Damn Jimmy, caught right in the act . I knew it was only a matter of time, but those final few moments were executed so well.

Jimmy telling Chuck he would burn the house down , while Howard and the investigator around the corner listening .

Salute to Bob Odenkirk as well, he really is a good dramatic actor in addition to being funny. You could tell he was inside when Kim told him about the recording, but still sucked it up and went out there and did his job for the old folks.
