I wonder how he's just gonna up & change his identity

thats what ive been trying to figure out. wouldnt people just recognize that saul is that other guy that was involved in all that previous fukkery. especially tuco and such

He never really officially changed his identity. Anybody that knew him from back then would obviously know he's the same guy, he just created "Saul Goodman" to stunt on people basically. We seen the start of that in this episode.

He didn't care who knew he was Jimmy McGill in "Breaking Bad", he told Walt his real name the first time they met.
