That’s a crazy reason. Oh well there is too much content out here to consume nowadays to be worried about a show ending.

At this point I won’t get into a show until it’s over just so I can manage my expectations
Not really. Shows budgets typically get gutted as the seasons go on and that's before you factor in salary increases.

The thing with streaming is that they still haven't realized the television way around that in gutting the cast to reduce costs.

Surprised this is the last season, but honestly shows that go on for too long nowadays tend to fall off and jump the shark.

There must be a reason it’s so common for the cast to ask for raises after a certain time.

To me it seems like the networks just don’t want to pay and that’s what it’s crazy to me

The longer a show goes on, the more actors salaries increase. That’s before you factor in the popularity of a show that can drive costs even higher.

Networks are in the interest of making money and reducing costs as much as possible. It’s a reason why a lot of them pivoted towards reality TV.

The renewal comes three months after Bel-Air, produced by Universal Television and Westbrook Studios, released its Season 3 finale on Sept. 5. According to sources, it was preceded by behind-the-scenes budget conversations, which could explain the delay. The most recent Season 3 renewal came ahead of the series’ Season 2 finale.

Yeah, seems like Peacock said, "Cool, we'll give you the money, but there's less episodes and this will be the final season."

Just started by they couldn’t get a better Lisa??? This chick sucks and is a disgrace to Nia Long’s legacy

I felt this way in the 1st season, but once she drops that extra weight she starts looking a lot better.
She looks better in the 2nd and 3rd seasons.
