Anxiety issues often go hand in hand with paranoia. The constant feeling like everyone's eyes are only on you, judging you all the time, etc.

It doesn't make sense to me either, but mental instability doesn't jump off the launchpad in logical directions
I just remind myself it's a drama and they'll make up stuff to keep the puters putin', no matter how clumsy it ends up looking.

As far as looks, Wills character is the only one with similarities, all the rest are completely different.

If he was a basic house manager for a 10K sqft house-- sure. He's also their "enforcer" and back channel guy. I'd be shocked if he's pulling anything less than 3-400K.
