My only problem now is this Uncle Phil just still seems too cold and withdrawn to even resemble the OG Phil. He doesn't have that commanding presence at all.

The problem i feel is a lot of times they just use him as a plot device. It’s either for will and Carlton, Viv, or Jefferey…he never seems like an interesting enough character who has his own storyline.

Its like the exact opposite problem of Ashley, where teh don’t know what the hell to do with her. She barely interacts with the rest of the family
