Woooow, Math was just wildin on King Los on champion a few months ago. But I guess Cass does have more battle rap credentials.
He aint get bodied, he lost
Kshine rounds were hyped bars and gas
battle community always has the us against them mentality
industry rapper vs battle rapper
vet vs rookie
crowds stay bias feeling like if the battle rapper loses it makes the culture less relevant
And Mickey Factz (if that counts).
Millz isn’t the hill you wanna die on when it comes to industry vs battle rappers. You would be better off arguing that Mickey Factz is undefeated in the modern era as an industry rapper (he beat Danja to me and DNA is debatable but I have him winning).
Millz had an a’ite first round but clearly lost and then his material dived off a cliff for his second and third rounds. He couldn’t even get his current event bars right.
Consensus is Mickey lost to Danja Zone & DNA.
this rewatch thing is something I don't likeMickey’s rounds get better on rewatch over DNA’s rounds but I won’t argue with the consensus.
These dudes swear they're so next level with it , but has an 'industry rapper' even lost yet , let alone been bodied ?
Minus a drugged up Canibus of course
this rewatch thing is something I don't like
people rewatch to find a way to give rappers battles
punches dont hit the same after you already hear them
battles dont feel the same after you listen to 10 nyggas opinions before you watch it
live feel is way different too

so back in the day how did nyggas like this winWhen you’re watching pen heavy rappers, I honestly think you can judge their battle off first watch. There’s a reason why guys like DNA, Clips, Roc, Geechi, Suge, etc win in the building because their bars are easy to digest. You can’t watch someone like Mickey, Rum, Lux, Verb and catch everything off first watch.
