A few minutes in and I'm already intrigued. Remy might be working with Caffeine :leon:

Which is a GG for QOTR. They'd be finished :mjlol: Debo better sell now

What I found interesting is DME basically said KOTD is doing great on twitch. From the outside looking in, whenever I checked it out on twitch, the view count is kind of low and you got the same 10-15 people commenting on the battle being streamed. :yeshrug:

I don’t listen to DME. He seemed pretty objective on this but if you listen bloggers enough, you know which way they lean. For example, Chris Unbias is a Pro RBE/lowkey takes shots at url type of blogger now. I don’t necessarily know what DME is.

And you know this, how? 5 battles at 10K each is 100K which she (and Papoose) can probably raise with zero issue. If she didn't have it (unlikely), she could probably get it from Joe (Cartagena) with a phone call.

She is only throwing one event ever?
I doubt Remy & Pap have hundreds of thousands to establish a battle league. Especially when artists like her have less opportunities to make money. Remy could be living very comfortably and still not have 100k liquid for a new business venture. A lot of artists from her era are doing scavenger shyt to stay afloat.

Unc rhyme reminded me of Percee P :wow:

Percee is nice. I remember when I was in L.A. and got to link with him when he was at the Airliner performing. Dude is the literal definition of that hand to hand salesman shyt when it came to his album. It might’ve been right before or after he got up with Stones Throw but yeah, it’s dope to see him live.

Remy and Pap main source of income is the VH1 shows. Love and Hip Hop and she hosts the True Crime shyt. I'm sure she nets over a 1M a year easily off VH1 alone. Pap probably in the mid 6 figures.

And she been on L & HH multiple seasons too. That adds to how much you can charge for walk throughs and appearances, plus brand ambassador deals. She got almost 9 million followers on IG. People like her get paid just to post.

If she was trying to survive off music she'd be up shyts creek. But she don't even talk about making music like that anymore lol. She making too much money to care. She's a influencer more than a rapper nowadays.

DME hates URL.

If he said 1980 he's lyin bruh. Wasn't spittin multis in 1980 let alone tawmbout being "lyrical"
Definitely did not write that in 1980. Nobody was rapping like that back then. Not even the Treacherous Three. Plus, Uncle Ra is in his early 50s. In 1980 he was like 11-12. At most he was like 15. He definitely wrote that probably in the late 80s.

I agreed with DME on some things and he had quite a few lives that were fun but now…I don’t know where his mind is at. Post him getting at Twork when he would mess up and some other observations he has made, just not into his content much these days. Especially when Battle Truth got exposed badly by Chris Unbias, Jon Reel, and PrittyMoney; he tried to go at Unbias again over his situation and deflect with a cape on. That was just weird.

But I can say for sure he is into KOTD. And Charron is one of his faves for sure. I’m not going to say KOTD is doing bad on Twitch but the optics on YouTube make it seem like they ain’t where they were for a while. If they’re not back on Twitch and the numbers are still shytty on YouTube then that’s a different story.

He's anti-URL, pro KOTD.

He has complained way more about functionality of the app and Caffeine than just URL from what I recall. Him and someone else constantly keep bringing up the numbers that Caffeine actually does.

Man why yall never talk about this show on here??!?

GREY AREA - Halloween Starring Geechi Gotti, Lu Castro, Pass, Caustic - YouTube

GREY AREA - S1 Ep. 11: Leaked Nudes Starring Ace Amin & Loso - YouTube

I just randomly stumbled upon this shyt looking for a good battle to watch...watched like 4 eps already,. Hilarious writing...and Lu Castro needs to be on Wild N Out or on a real tv show or sumn, he has it.
We do but it should be a bigger deal. Emerson Kennedy should get props for this. This is his lane way more than battling.

I doubt he’s outright lying, he’s either throwing out an earlier year to poke fun at his age, or it was so long ago in his mind that he thinks it was 1980 when it really may have been 87.
