ClearNu Jersey Twork beat Tay Roc and Chess
All respect to the GOAT Nas as well as the GOAT movie Scarface but he looked ridiculous for Halloween.
Yeah I agree completely with that lol. There’s no way he takes that same battle (or any) with that short of prep time. He’s protective of his brand, perhaps the most protective. I just don’t think it is OVER protective, that’s the only disagreement, I think Goodz handles his career better than anyone in battle rap.we definitely will agree to disagree
if you offer Goodz the same amount of prep time and money Lux had for Geechi, Goodz would turn it down. He doesn’t play when it comes to his name & brand.
I think I can see Cor really getting it together for this if booked far enough ahead of time. He really can't stand that nikka. The win would be gigantic for him as well.If Surf and Cortez battle rn Cortez will get BODIED cause he’s in a terrible physical state right now.
It’s crazy how unhealthy a lotta these battlers be looking
I can’t imagine looking like THAT and just letting it rock
Get a personal trainer and get yourself together smh
Goodz to me is the smartest. Because even if he takes a battle that may not make sense for him, he knows to do it on a league where nobody cares about the outcome and it doesn't matter. And he makes sure to take all the big battles on URL. Even when he battled on RBE, he knew to take people who don't matter. Most overprotective of their brand at this point in time?
Mook
Jaz
Goodz
I think that’s about it. Maybe we can add Brizz the way he’s talking.
I know people will say Lux. He definitely is overprotective, but I do believe he takes calculated risks. The three I mentioned are a little more overprotective imo,
Unless Surf chokes or just doesn’t bring a third, Cortez isn’t winning that battle. He’s just not good enough.I think I can see Cor really getting it together for this if booked far enough ahead of time. He really can't stand that nikka. The win would be gigantic for him as well.

Yea i don't see Goodz as being overprotective, he just didn't turn into a month to month battler like everyone else tried to do. there never was a "pay verb" or "2 round clips" version of Goodz career ever. he takes battles when he wants, respectfully has 3 rounds remembered, and just in general moves more like someone who isn't living off of battle rap paychecks. And when he DOES critique other people from the sidelines i dont see him spending mad time on it like alot of others.Goodz to me is the smartest. @superchoops im not quoting your post because yall nikkas forget reddit videos autoplay and completely ruin threads i'm tired of hearing this nitty shyt on loop already
but yea i noticed the same shyt with nikka, especially in the Rex battle, he was using old cadences and just switching up the words, and getting upset when nikkas didn't react.
i was gonna say the twork battle, but now that i'm thinking it was the Jerry Wess battle on the caffeine Genesis card, that was the LAST time i felt like we got the rum nitty that "we know on URL"
I'VE BEEN SAYING IT FOREVER (pretty sure this thread has the files of me arguing it too) prior to that Ave battle this is what nitty was to me, just a regular puncher that could be a mid tier gatekeeper at best. nikka was on space jam PED's and went god mode once he got on URL and nikkas forgot he was the lima bean danny sent to the future

as good as Jaz is i dont give a fukk about seeing her. will diss everyone in the world but not spit a single bar for years.
same with Brizz
same with Lux
all bozos i don't care about seeing.
what we actually get from their battles is not enough to warrant the amount of pump faking and posturing we see from them alot of it just comes off as them saving face so when they go to contract negotiations they can talk a certain way, but that just falls back to battle rap immaturity IMO
geechi's work ethic REALLY tossed 99% of battlers excuses for shyt in the bushes if we being honest but I'm just rambling now fukk you gotta be overprotective for if you actually take your job seriously, remember the rounds and give us quality material?
