Both are cases of workplace impropriety of a sexual nature. Both shine a nasty light on the company. The major difference is one violated party responded with violence while the other opted to cry in the car (go on Twitter and throw strays).
It clearly proves there was a culture of fukking the talent (if we're willing to give NuNu that distinction) or those related to the talent. Norbes looks like he just met his match with the Twork BM situation.

If you remember, Nunu was gone for a long ass time, particularly during the years she was married. You could argue she didn’t even work for the company.
Believe I get where you’re attempting to go with it, but I can poke holes through it based on the timeline.
