And Chess is now my front runner for COTY only behind maybe Ill Will had Nitty loosing to Hollow clear and Geechi loosing to Cal

Coty so far to me is between Chess, Ill Will, Real Sikh, Ave, and Danny (I had Ave loosing to Jey but the consensus is he won that battle) so I’m including him he’s had a great year this year. If Jey vs Twork was this year he on my list too

You're giving Jayblac way too much credit. It has nothing to do with him trying to maintain business relationships, he would never bring any type of street energy to Surf because he's not a street nikka. He's genuinely a harmless guy that avoids any kind of confrontation.

Say what you want about Unbias and Piperboy, but they will at least flat out tell a battle rapper to go fukk themselves when necessary. Blac scary ass will never raise his voice at anybody.

you're reading WAY too much into what we see on a screen man cuz blac is professional while he's at his job he's some docile soft guy? Unbias and Piperboy are somehow brave because of how they talk to nikkas on the internet? cmon man both of these assumptions could EASILY flip the other way off camera

blac wouldn't have to be a super goon to approach surf like a man off camera street nikkas don't have this magically immunity to regular people that you're giving them

To be fair, he beat a good Iron Solomon on SM on 3 weeks notice. He's one of a handful that can and be great. I did tell him I need full 30 days worth of death to get Surf all the way outta there. I'm taking as many bets as I can afford.

I don't even recall Surf taking battles on this short a notice ever in his career. The only thing I can say is that Surf already dropped his tape, so I don't think he's working on any particular project right now, so he should be more clear minded. But I have doubts he'll have a clean 3.

No way in hell Surf doesn’t choke, at least based on his history. Him having multiple battles this close to each other is damn near a guarantee he’s not gonna have a full three rounds.

There’s nothing for him to gain really, his back isn’t against the wall on this one. He has excuses. If he loses to JC because he choked, he’s just gonna fall back on how he just killed John John. I don’t think he thinks not having three rounds in this one can affect him.

The fact there isn’t a big crowd though may actually help him, because I’m not sure if it’s lack of preparation in the sense that he doesn’t have enough material that fukks Surf up as much as anxiety overwhelming him in the moment. Which could be coming from him knowing he’s underprepared in the sense of memorizing his rounds.

It was a favor for Ars.....thats pretty much it. Remember when Ars/U-Dubb made the poll on his last battle should be, Mook won the poll...but Ars & Lux had the perfect story line, so the battle made more sense overall.
