I’m trying to understand how this will generate money outside of contestants paying to enter

gotta see how it plays out

nah but in order for it to generate enough money for just the $100k prize almost 700 contestants would have to join and I don’t see that happening

people ain’t about to pay $150 for a 1 in 700 chance to win $100k

And you would need well over 1000 contestants to join for the battle rapper team captains to make money off this

which means what there’s gonna be 100 contestants on each team?

doesn’t make sense to me unless some sponsor is putting up the $100k prize

and cass seems to think he can just run this tournament over and over again so I doubt they’re relying on sponsor money

I predict it will be a shyt show if it even gets off the ground
