That looks natural to me, its not impossible to get that look with the right diet & weight lifting 3-4 times a week over an extended period. Meth an older head too, as you get older and your metabolism slows down its easier to put weight on.
Leg day doesnt seem to be on his schedule though lol

Breh is 50, As your metabolism slows down you put on weight not lean muscle. You don’t put muscle on as easy as that age. He will probably be on a low dose of trt. Meth looks great but i would be amazed if he hasn’t had some form of pds

Ima tell you now nikkas definitely be in writing sessions together. But every one is different. Idk how there’s is going but I know one time I was chillin with Storm, Lu Cipher and Myverse and Myverse was prepping for a battle (cant remember who...mightve been Bonnie...) and she was writing her material and askng us what we think. We werent giving her bars or lines but we’d offer feedback like “yo, maybe you should elaborate on this scheme more” or “if you going this route maybe mention ______”. But again idk how others are doing it. Idk if that counts as ghostwriting or what but at the time i aint think nothing of it.
