I don't understand how so many of these youngins got thru without knowing how to freestyle. Or at least trying to see how you can build that skill up. And the perception of how people look down on actual improv freestyling is corny. Half the time, I feel like nikkas can't do it so the downplay it anyway. I won't go into it anymore but I always thought how freestyling got looked at sideways was corny to me. Its just a skillset not everyone has or even thinks about building up.
