A friend of mine was just commenting on Lux having handlers/assistants with him always... Lux is showing these nikkas the way. Get you a team to help you make the right decisions and say the right sh*t. This is a huge missed opportunity, for not just JC, but battle rap in general.
Imagine if JC got on there and poked his chest out for Lux

Ceiling in battlerap is nowhere near high enough for a "team" to make sense for 99% of the culture. Yall be forgetting this shyt aint as lucrative for most. Only a handful of people should invest THAT kind of energy into it.

I get how having assistants can make you LOOK like you movin heavy to someone on the surface, but let's be real battlerap is not complicated enough to where u actually need a team helping you, most of these nikkas just dumb as fukk and only know rapping/hustling.
Im more concerned about an adult having enough free time to be a battlers assistant to begin with

This "team" shyt and assistants talk is cool but yeah, battle rap isn't like that for everyone just yet. A few of the top tiers possibly have that and the rest may or may not have managers. For JC, I hope he can reschedule being on Joe's podcast due to timing issues BUT I agree...it was definitely the wrong look for him not to appear on the show and talk. Plus, JC isn't as known as Lux so it would help him boost in terms of promo. But cmon now...nikkas aren't making enough money pay for handlers like that. Hell, I bet its even tough to keep managers around that don't get a decent pertange of what they earn in battles.
