This is absolutely false fam, nikkas wanted to see Roc vs Nitty ans SMACK/URL didn’t care.
The demand was through the roof, yet they dragged the matchup unnecessarily long to the point the battle was TRASH and their material was stepped on when they faced eachother.
Let’s not even try to use a logical statement like that with URL, it’s simply not that true

They said it was to “protect” Calicoe’s image goin into the Lux battle (GE BODIED Calicoe)

URL not releasing that GE body is one of the biggest crimes in Battlerap imo

Imagine Surf not having the footage of his Brixx battle released. (Not a litteral comparison, the point is the impact on his career)
That bodybag was a big shift in his career.
He was getting laughed at, at that time
Even til this day when nikkas ask “who has Surf BODIED?” that’s the first battle ppl mention

URL should’ve rewarded GE’s moment, released it and watched where the chips would fall.

Instead they played politics and didn’t release the battle.
Which is simply not honorable

It&/ unfair for Norbes and some fans to say “well, GE shoulda just kept grinding”

No, URL shoulda been honorable.
A battler losing their motivation after that is completely understandable.

See, shyt like this has made me really mad at URL. I would pay to see the battles but the fact is vaulting some of these battles really fukked up the careers of some of these guys that have worked hard. And URL knows that. And basically didn't care. But yeah, if they had an addition to it called the Vault, I'd watch those battles. Maybe not for $30 but something.

If you kept up with Don't Flop and wondered why they slowed down, I say definitely listen to this. I get where Eurgh is coming from. He got called out for a lot of shyt. Especially when Daylyt and Thesaurus got detained and sent back trying to get over to the UK for a battle. But I understand what happened; sounds like he may have some sponsors but not the kind of sponsors that SMACK/URL may have had.

Yeah it didn't completely live up to the hype.
I've got Swave with a Gentleman's 3-0.
Ryda did good but he was a little sloppy in the 1st and 3rd.
The 2nd round might have been the closest round.
nikkas on the app are clearly biased with either one tho.
